Our purpose
Joanna has a background of partnership and coalition building in the private sector at Standard Chartered Bank and not for profit sector including the Royal Academy of Arts and most recently at the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness.
She is an executive coach and facilitator. EDI and issues around gender and female empowerment are of particular interest for her.
Throughout her career Joanna has championed the importance of ESG and her time at Standard Charted Bank enabled her to prove the power it can have to demonstrate values, engage and motivate staff and differentiate the business from the competition.
Joanna lives in Brighton with her partner and two children and in any moment of free time can be found on the beach or in the sea.

Mark has over 20 years’ experience in helping business unlock the power of their people.
With a wealth of experience behind him Mark is expert at understanding the patterns behind the data and using his expertise to help businesses understand what changes or solutions will be most effective for success.
Mark is passionate about giving employees a voice and helping them reach their potential. He believes that employees are at the heart of every business, no matter its size, and that fulfilled and committed staff are the key to any thriving business.
He lives in Brighton with his wife and two children and enjoys seeking out the very best coffee the city has to offer.
Mark Williams has an MSc degree in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
